Withdrawal right and “Money back guaranteed” formula
In accordance to Directive 2011/83/UE starting from 13 June 2014 some modifications to the Consumption Code (D. Lgs. 206/2005) have been introduced by the Legislative Decree 21/2014 concerning the protection of consumer in distance contracts. Should the purchaser be unsatisfied he has the right to withdraw without any penalty within 14 days after the goods have been delivered and to obtain a refund for the purchase (any shipping cost excluded; in case shipping costs are offered, the company will charge the shipping cost it would have applied without considering them as a gift). In case of multiple orders, sent or delivered separately, the count of the days will start when the customer receives the last parcel.
Should the purchaser be willing to take advantage of this right, he will have to give immediate written notice to the seller (via registered mail or eMail), detailing the identification number and the date of the order, the description and quantity of the goods he wishes to return, full bank or post account details to receive the refund. The credit can be possibly used by the purchaser for future orders.
The goods shall be returned at the purchaser’s expense, in their original condition (new, intact and complete in all their parts, inside their original packages, and in no way tampered with, damaged or washed). The goods shall be shipped to our warehouse within 14 days from the withdrawal notice; goods that have been damaged by an improper use, parcels shipped after 14 days , cash on delivery or freight collect parcels will not be accepted. We remind it is necessary to ship big parcels with trackable shipping methods such as paccocelere by Poste Italiane or similar. For what concerns small parcels a Registered trackable shipping method is advisable. If the customer opts for a non -trackable shipping method, BabyMonkey will not be responsible for the goods that have not been received and it will not be able to issue a refund or change the goods.
The refund of the amount, once the shipment cost of the goods to be substituted or the amount of the goods not to be refund (see instructions above) have been detracted , will be done by BabyMonkey in the modality chosen by the purchaser within 14 days after the withdrawal notice has been received. BabyMonkey reserves the possibility to hold the refund until the goods are received (in order to check their integrity and condition).
Should the customer decide to substitute the goods with other items (paying the price difference), he will be asked a contribution of 7,50 € for the delivery of the order (Only for Italy. The price can be change for the other countries); shipment discounts will not apply to the substitution, except for a company different decision.
In case of damaged goods or shipping mistakes BabyMonkey will substitute the goods free of charge and will refund the shipment costs. Possible flaws and/or shipping mistakes shall be notified (via registered mail or eMail ) within 8 days after the purchased goods have been delivered. The return modalities are the same described above. This is not valid for "Second quality" items as the customer is warned in advance about the presence of flaws. The customer can ask to be sent some photos to see the flaws of “Second quality” items before confirming an order.

Orders
Orders from www.babymonkey.com must be made Online through the e-commerce platform. The orders will be uniquely processed according to the present Sales Conditions, that must be accepted otherwise the order will be cancelled. Every order has a distinctive number: the shall always include this number when communicating with our offices with reference to the Order which is being processed.
Prices
All our prices on www.babymonkey.com are VAT included in UE states ( 22%). BabyMonkey has the right to modify the sales prices at any time and without giving notice, following modifications of the suppliers price lists, or foreign currency value modification or as a consequence of external factors.
Fiscal Documents
The goods that have been purchased will be accompanied by a non fiscal receipt. Should the customer need an invoice, please send your Tax Code/Vat number to the e-Mail address [email protected], specifying the number of the order for which you are asking the invoice. The invoice data cannot be changed after the invoice has been issued.
