“Hands free for mum and dad!”
A BabyMonkey ergonomic baby carrier gives you freedom of movement during everyday activities while keeping your baby close.
“Time for everyone”
Using a baby carrier at home allows parents to meet their baby's need for warmth and closeness while still spending time with older brothers and sisters.
“Hiking in nature”
An ergonomic baby carrier is ideal for enjoying walks and hikes in nature and staying active outdoors with your baby.
“When a stroller isn't practical”
An ergonomic baby carrier is a valuable alternative whenever a stroller is inconvenient, such as mountain walks, trips to the beach or crowded places.

How can you recognise an ergonomic baby carrier?
Ergonomic “M” position
An ergonomic baby carrier supports the baby's legs in the correct “M” position, with the knees higher than the bottom.
Natural curve of the back
Unlike traditional carriers, an ergonomic baby carrier allows the baby's back to maintain its natural physiological curve.
Correct weight distribution
An ergonomic baby carrier keeps the baby high and close to the wearer's body. Weight is distributed evenly across the wearer's shoulders and hips.
Benefits for you and your baby
Close contact
Close contact with mum and dad is one of a baby's primary needs. A baby carrier makes cuddling and bonding easier while giving the wearer freedom of movement and allowing the baby to stay close for longer.
External stimuli
Carrying your baby allows mum or dad to filter the many external stimuli around them, helping the baby explore the world from a secure and protected place.
Sleep
Mum's scent, closeness to her body, the sound of her heartbeat and body temperature regulation all help a baby feel secure and fall asleep peacefully.
Breastfeeding
An ergonomic baby carrier can be a valuable aid when breastfeeding your baby away from a quiet place. Watch the video tutorial.
